Great song

I love his love for God's word and his authenticity. Truth is what sets us free and he was a truth lover. Lately I have been listening to his songs and the things he has said throughout the years.

Why God?? Why do you take the most influential artists early? Rich Mullins and Keith Green, two of the best. Were they too good to stay? Did you take them out of this world to protect them? Our youth NEEDS them, esp now in this nasty sin-filled world. The kids have no one to influence them for good. Some, not all, rap musicians are teaching them filth, but no one is left to help reach them before it's too late. I am so so grieved by this. I don't understand why You did/do this, or at least LET it happen? Our son Brady, age 23, was saved (or so we thought) at a young age, and now says he is an atheist. Can't stand hearing one word about God now. He might as well have told us he's gay bc we were THAT shocked and devastated. Long story short: He wears an old Rich Mullins Tee Shirt when he helps his dad paint. He doesn't even realize what that Tee means, no idea, but he wears it. It even says something about God on it..I think if my memory serves me right. Well anyway, I sent him this song today and said I just was thinking of the shirt and told him to PLEASE PLEASE never throw it away bc I want it kept. I am sure he didn't listen to it bc it would be against everything he now THINKS he believes, but who knows right? Please pray for this boy before the raptures lifts all believers up to heaven for our huge wedding banquet, which I feel is any minute now. God bless all of you, and thank you!

I just broke out in tears listening to this song, I was thinking of my dad, who died on the 23rd of October 2020, and how this will be my first Christmas without him. He died alone, in the hospital, he died while my mom, my sister, and I where heading over to the hospital to see him, but while we were waiting for them to let us in to see him, the doctor came in and said that he died, ''Okay, he actualy said, that he Expired, but same thing.'' 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I listened to this while going through Chemo treatments literally "shaking like a leaf". I held on to my wooden cross and Christ's strength to get me through. Thanks to these words and Jesus' calming presence I had much needed moments of peace.
