I think there is a stronger argument for replacing lockjaw, though he still has some utility with how fast he can generate power. Though, with the Inhumans leadership, that is not as much an issue with Man-Thing, and you can get Guardian of the Nexus online pretty fast

@@AegisbrandStudios Sure. For each ability/attack/whatever, show an actual example of how it plays out on the board with actual models while you are discussing it.

Lockjaw tends to peter out a bit once your team starts doing what they need to. He can definitely port people around easier/faster, but man thing is tough to shake off a point, and can put out some useful conditions to boot

Yeah, that Honey Badger misplay stung. Troope offered to rewind, but I felt that that was my mistake to own, so I did.

Mingle is an ability, which is separate from Actions that can be completed (unless the ability requires an action, in which case it would have ACTION in the ability description. So, in this case, Lando used Mingle (ability), then performed an advance (Move Action), then a combat action

@EQAchilles that is actually a pretty common thing for newer players, so do not worry about it. We have a habit of making assumptions based on our gaming experience, and this is one of those things. Thankfully, AMG is really good about writing almost exactly what they mean on the card

Ah, I wondered if someone would comment on that. She only did one pick on someone your own size attacks. The other was an attack granted by the tactic card, Cover Me, for the defenders. I initially paid the power for it, before correcting course, and using the cover me effect, instead (given the limitations)

To each their own. We never pretend to be a competitive channel, and try to highlight and showcase all sorts of different lists and options. Not all are going to land for everyone, but there are also a fair few who like to see off meta lists, as well

It’s about having fun and creating cool interesting stories for your teams myself and friends make stories for why we are fighting and who is involved my main team is midnight suns mixing the official comics and mcp affiliates with the game characters like magik, and scarlet witch

@@AegisbrandStudios I don’t mean competition gameplay. Just list that use the characters synergy and combos. That’s all.

Each one of the characters in the defenders like DD's leadership, as well as Honey Badger removing defensive dice. The taunt, if used properly, could have saved a number of activations. Cover me could have facilitated a bunch of extra attacks, plus a gwenom clap back. Seems like solid synergy there. The cabal members are, typically, a bit more independent, but they all love red skulls leadership there. Enchantress could have been stealing and bowing characters around, to make it easier for Dracula or wrecking crew to get their kit off. Bullseye is just amazing, no matter the team. Honestly, I do not understand how you do not see these teams working. The cabal one performed incredibly well, and the defenders team is one that, had things worked a bit more normally for them, could have put a lot of hurt on the cabal

​@@gilbertoriveramedia8437 Which list do you mean, boss? I strictly play Spider Foes - but I see the strategy here in both lists and how they deliver. The dice obviously didn't want to cooperate this game which happens from time to time. If you have any questions about either list that you need clarified - I have absolutely no part of this channel beyond enjoying what they put out, but I'll still sit with you and break down what I see as the intended goals.

Yeah, that is a rarity these days. This was, honestly, a super fun game, and kept both of us guessing right until the last dice roll

There certainly is a lot that happens during a game. Adding the inserts has also helped me to refine my own knowledge of the rules, and improve. Still make mistakes, but I am able to learn the proper way a lot better using these
