Hi.. I like the oat but it has some ingredients that not good , sunflower oil which is seed oils. I used to buy oat milk but not anymore. I know it tastes better . Now I use almond milk or grass-fed dairy milk.

Same. I used to feel anxious when i was a heavy coffee drinker. Matcha has been so helpful with giving me energy and feeling good. I found 2-3 tsp of matcha a decent amount
