Believe it or not but the lady sounds like my teacher.

Although, I did get instructions in the box, I am a visual learner and this was helpful. It also recommends using hot water, however a friend of mine just leaves any leftover cleaning solution in the tank and just empties the the dirty water so he's ready for when I come over and spill my coffee. Seemed to work okay but not sure if it would be good for the machine in the long run. The small concentrated cleaner bottle holds 8 oz. It sure seemed like you poured in a lot more than the recommended 2 oz in the tank. That would be a helluva rum and coke.

Buy one ... use it one time then doesn't spray the water.. costumer care sucks...

The Bissel model 1940 Blue is the most simple to operate with no confusing digital control. Just push 1, 2 or 3 steam level with a build in scrubber. For sticky stubborn stain, bubble gum... For the right price. When everything is expensive in San Jose. Steam is all you need.🐺

Sorry, but this makes a freaking mess. No matter how I add the cleaner, it spills cleaner everywhere. Where the water tank is at an angle, maybe provide a funnel to make it easier. Off to the store I go!

Cat yakked a hairball last night followed by a bunch of gross orange half digested food. Got most of it with paper towels and some pet mess spray. Looked fine last night but woke up to a big orange spot (oxidized?). Used my SpotClean and it seems to have removed it all. Can't even tell where it was.

FYI, the Greenworks 24V Max Lithium batteries work with this Bissell Powerlifter vacuum. I have this vacuum along with the Greenworks 4AH and 5AH batteries and charge station.

You can get these rollers to spin again with large plyers to free up the wheels, compressed air and WD-40. I just fixed mine today.
