I just got a new vacuum and it came with this thing and after one use it was full of hair. I was sitting there pulling at the part where you twist and nothing happened. Then I looked on KZbin to find this. Super helpful!

I have no steam, I contacted customer care, the rep used the same model while I was on the phone and got no steam either. He checked with someone who said no steam was really visible unless you had a dark floor. But in all your videos I have watched the steam is very visible on medium tan floors. Im very disappointed

the real OGS know about the bissell powerforce bagless, and bagged. Those models went to like 2000 to late 2012.

Very durable, me and my friend hit this thing with a pickaxe and tossed it in a pond multiple times and it still worked.

Love my Bissell vacuum. Like it even more because of the self retracting power cord. Does it suck up most of the water? My current brand no longer does and I think Bissell makes a superior product.
