What about the away end being a dead end ? Meaning the away support has to make their way through the home support , and make their way out through them at the end .

North stand...or Mathew Harding stand built before shed end...I remember the scaffolding seating..facing North stand

Yep deffo,there was temporary uncovered seating down the shed end whilst the MH stand was being.built

@Andy Vince Mathew stand built 1st...I was in that v Millwall fa cup replay..Millwall had temporary stand in shed area

@@redrobins65hkr58 yep I was there that night as well it was a fa cup replay, went to the den for the first game as well, lost on pens from what I can remember.

@Andy Vince that's correct....away game was eventful just getting there...then London Bridge my pal was jumped by them...on way home

@@redrobins65hkr58 it's the only time I've been there and not an experience I want to repeat too soon. The 3 of us got the train also at London Bridge Station on the way there and the carriage was full of them it was such a relief when 2 coppers got in our carriage just as the train was about to leave.
