saw the bali salt in the amazing race, and had to know what was between watering the sand and salt in bags...lol Buy real sea salt, and the farming will never end. the extra money is worth the essential minerals of real salt

Well done - beautifully shot and narrated, and highly informative. As I write this there appears to be a revival of local arak production, which hopefully bodes well for Bali's homegrown products.

Interesting video. Never heard of it, but definitely looks like a dangerous job. Government should help them out so they could develop more modern and efficient ways to produce it, and harvest the coconuts in a safer manner. Enjoyed the video.

That was so interesting! I never knew anything about Arak as I have yet to visit Bali (it is HIGH on my list though). I sincerely hope that the Balinese do not lose this very important piece of their heritage and culture. I cannot wait to taste Arak when I finally get there!
