We stopped making butter about a year ago. Our Organic Whipping Cream was in such high demand that we didn't have enough cream left for butter production. Maybe we can resume in the future!

I ONLY eat Kalona cottage cheese...its the best, but we only have one grocery store that sells it, which makes it difficult to always have it on the shelf. BUT I WON'T EAT ANY OTHER BRAND, ITS THE BEST.

My 4 yr old was raised on breast milk but went to cows milk at around 2 yrs old and now she’s 4 I just started buying Kalona and she just said this is the good milk! I was like yes it is! I’m obsessed with this milk, best next thing to raw milk and Kalona is about $7 a gallon at my farmers market but it’s the best ever spent

Isn't it delicious!?! Our Kefirs and Yogurts are from 100% grass-fed cows' milk. We don't currently test for A2, but many of our farmers have chosen to breed A2/A2.

We don't currently require our farmers to breed A2/A2, but many have chosen to do so. We estimate 60-80% of the cows are A2 bred.

As someone who has never had non-homogenized milk, what should my expectations be? Should the cream be removed from the top before shaking, or should it be completely mixed in? Should there be some solids in the milk, even after lengthy shaking, or should it be completely dissolved?

is the kefir milk pauesterization done after kefir fermentation or before ? otherwise all the good bacterias are kiled.

The milk is low-temp pasteurized first before adding in the cultures to ferment.

145C doesn’t kill H-pylori. It needs to be 161C and higher.

I just bought one from Sprouts Farmers Market to try yesterday, i love it. How can you keep it fresh, short shelf life if it is low-temp pasteurized? Because i live in Fl, kind of far. I also like it is regenerative farm.

No raw milk is when you milk a cow and just bottle the milk. But this milk is low temp pasteurized meaning they don't boil to the point all of the milks nutrients are gone that's why this milk is good because the nutrients in milk that is not pasteurized or not pasteurized as much is good because it is good for the skin and your health because they have healthy fats that are good for you and they help your allergies and normally people that are lactose intolerant don't have any side effects drinking this milk so anyone can enjoy😊

The market is flooded with ice creams. Very hard to break into. We recommend making homemade ice cream w our whipping cream and even chocolate milk.

I'm absolutely willing to spend over nine dollars a gallon on this delicious nutritious milk. It's organic, grass fed, non-homogenized, and low temp pastuerized. I can't seem to find any other milk out there that meets those 4 criteria and is that low in price.
