Its not locking, its there to show how old the parrot is, and he didnt place it. Parrots in petshops usually have those (mine didnt for some reason) plus it doesnt even really affect the parrot

Yep, that's one ferocious Cockatiel. I'm surprised I never hear Fred scream like that, at most I hear a screech as she bites and shakes one of the toys whenever she gets annoyed.
