how can we use image sequence for compositing in redshift 3.045 cinema 4d?
@garethswalker8 күн бұрын
Great video! I'm new to 4D and wondered if you covered adding 3d objects to a none flat plain, like the side of a mountain, with a more intricate surface/terrain?
@jbmocean3994 күн бұрын
Hi, this might be of interest. the apples were sitting on a non-flat surface. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYLPfKWDmLaqbdE

Thanks Jamie for the video! As a suggestion for next videos, would be great something about AOV. For example in this video I'd had liked to export shadows in a separated png, thing that is only possible with AOV in Redshift. It's supposed to be easy, buy it's a bit a mess for me... :)

@jbmocean39924 күн бұрын
Add the backplate in the RS Camera... In RS Camera go to the Background tab

At 52:49 i come to add redshit object to make the floor transparent to just see the shadows but everytime i add this RS object and enable background etc my plane turns black
@ugoredytruccolo9729Ай бұрын
In the RS DomLight tab I don't have the Back-Plate part. I'm using C4D R25 and RedShift version 2025.1.0. So I can't figure out how to get the movie into the Redshift RenderView.
@jbmocean39929 күн бұрын
The new settings for adding a backplate can be found in the Redshift Camera tabs... Look for the BACKGROUND tab in the RS Camera, you can add the backplate there

Very smooth :) How would you set up and export an unrolling banner in C4D so that you could composite an animated map onto it in AfterEffects, instead of just importing an image as a texture in C4D? How do you apply a composite tag and object buffer to the inside of the unrolling banner? I just can't think of how to do it. Kind regards Mark
@jbmocean399Ай бұрын
Hi Mark, I have done this before but I need to be in the software and trying to do it before I can remeber how to do it with most things... Good idea for a new tutorial though!

All I'd do is bring the sequence into AE add a lumetri effect to the video footage and the sequence and play around with the basic correction settings (exposure, contrast etc.) on both till I got to something I liked. Not much else to do with it really. Happy compositing!

Hello my friend, I made a motion track inside the Cinema program, and after finishing the project and making the render, all the elements changed their position, and I started working again, and then the same error was repeated, and I do not know what the problem is.
@jbmocean3993 ай бұрын
Hi, have you made sure your frame rates are the saeme in both 'Project Settings' and 'Render Settings' Have you matched up frame rates if you are using a different software for post editing of the render?
