I want to clarify few things before people comment saying isnt kinich gonna scale off em. NO kinich dosent scale off em he strictly scales off atk like any other dps and emilie also scales off atk thats just how their kit works. Not every dendro unit has to scale off EM take emilie for example she dosent scale off EM cause her kit primarly scales based on her atk. yes burning is a elemental reaction but that doesn't mean she is the one that creates that reaction. Pyro units are mainly the ones that cause burning with dendro and pyro thats why when creating burning teams most pyro units will have some em on them so they can cause burning by having the pyro unit causing the reaction and emilie doesn't she provides the dendro needed to create the reaction. when some players use emilie they will have a pyro unit or dps with some elemntal mastery (em) so that they can cause the burning reaction so the em is mainly caused by pyro units atk and elemental mastery. kinich is a dendro dps who deals damage through his elemental skill to cause more damage upon the damage from other units you may have. that dosent change the fact that kinich whole kit is a strict atk scaling to make the most use of the kit and having bigger damage and numbers. For kinich he is a great dendro dps option to have. In all kinich might be a great option to have to have a dps on burning teams since his kit scales around burning reactions with emilie. if i am wrong on some thing's let me know i can redo this post i hope people read this and learn that not every dendro unit has to be centered around EM cause some units are strictly scaling on somthing else ~ Alessandro_Fontaine

Temperature has has very little effect of tanning of the skins. What actually make the skin tan are the Radiation from the sunlight itself, the UV light that penetrate our skin cause the pigmentation and make it darker. It just a body self defense in work. Thats why people from rain forest are lighter and people from desert are darker. So, if you say that you have to get darker skin because some place are hotter, that a total bullshit and directly racist because you assumed people that coming from this area should be black and darker. I don't care what people skin colour is and which area you come from, we all the same human being with differences, you all people have to admit that. We all are different, the important thing is to accept the differences and try to live with it, do not ever justify the race or place a stereotypes on them. Additionally, even though in reality people coming from a certain races tend to have darker skin tone, it still did not okay to generalised their entire race overall based on the skin colour, and we should not categorised a race based on skin in the first place. In the end of the day, What make a Race, a Race is their cultures, their beliefs system and lifestyle and choose of fashion, etc. Not their Skin Colour.

Or maybe the larger community doesn't see skin tone. They see the character for themselves...skin color should never matter. Ever. In a fictional world where any creator in the creative field should feel inspired to do something cause they want to, not because of representation often the best characters just exist and are themselves and happen to be a skin tone. But I know mental gymnastics will be done to somehow get through fiction and force those that don't want to do something to do it or no longer be interested in said culture. I checked out other places due to Genshin not because of skin tone but the music and instruments that were used which I rarely hear. As of in recent years the larger every day person is getting fed up with diversity and etc being shoved in gaming and etc when it used to be natural. Now the push back against DEI is massive and the voices might seem like a lot for Genshin "drama"but in reality is a lot smaller.

This issue is so incredibly hypocritical, it's baffling. First of all, the game IS a Chinese game and is made by and with chinese standards and cultural traits in mind EVEN IF it's made for global audiences. Secondly, the world is, by definition, a FICTIONAL world that has SOME elements inspired by real world cultures, however those elements are at the developer's artistic choice and are by no legal means required to represent anything as it is, as Genshin Impact is NOT a historical game that INTENDS to represent ANY historical value. The GI lore has nothing to do with the real life in most cases and in the cases that it has, the story takes existing ideologies and SHAPES them on the GI lore, hence no link to reality! The argument that they NEED to represent everyone and make a diverse game is flawed and frankly brainrotted. You do NOT need to be universally advertised everywhere and with any occasion, and that is fine! Not everyone needs to be everywhere and not everything is about you, especially in genshin where they took real life inspiration (their mistake) and assimilated that to their lore, that again, is not historic nor required by law to be. Black skin colors are not that attractive for your average Chinese consumer, and again, most of their revenue comes from the Chinese market thet they NEED to appeal. Making an entire nation black, a color known in chinese culture for it'S poverty and associated to workers, makes no sense from a cultural and marketing point of view. You must understand that this game is made with cultures in mind you are not born in, hence oyu MUST accept he way other cultures are making, rather than appropriating your views and cultures like a disease onto every single thing that moves. Next step would be to scream art aliens why they are not black, jewish and gay, its ttoal nonsense!. If you carve for so much representation, then you are invited to make your OWN game where you represent yourself, with your own story and characters, than scream at a company that is neither legally forced, required or inclinded to give you whatever you want just because you feel the need to tick another mark on the things you've plastered your diversity onto. Not everyone needs to be shown at all times and not everyone needs to have a something to represent or reflect them and that i FINE! Videogames are a place where you come to enjoy the given art and story and experience, not as a mirror for yourself, for those you have your own real life and your own actions, that by the way you do not seem to practice, as you come here to complain about black skin color not being shown as much as you'd want in a place that has little to no reasn to, while Africa is still in poverty. I see no German cry about it, most are happy to even be in the game, so be content with what you have or make your own, end of discussion. The game is not meant, advertised or intended, by any official party (so not your mind who made up expectations) to be diverse or to represent anything but the thing the developer, writer and founder intended. Enjoy the art as it is or make you own, if you are displeased, but pushing your agenda onto others is no different that those others being racially hostile towards you, you do not make yourselves more likeable by forcing others, in fact, you antagonize people to behave even worse, as they see that you are no saint and behave, sometimes, worse than those who you demonize.
