As far as I can tell it's been removed from the store worldwide. I checked websites that link to the PlayStation store page and the page is 404d. I manually searched from A-Z and it wasn't there under Santa nor Slyde.

@@IHateDubstep Oh nooooo. 😭 The online links have been gone, but I think it’s still available in some countries when you look on the actual PlayStation themes section of the store on the system. Europe for example.
