First place was actually lowlands lake. O'Neil is down the road a bit but has a spot there also. Townline lake has another spot on the other end also. I have camped at those spots in the past. Unfortunately over the last few years the lakes have been hit hard ice fishing and winter kill has really hurt the lakes in that area.

Hey Dusty! We are also from WI and love to share our adventures! We agree with you about the dispersed camping, but actually we have found quite a few beautiful free spots while exploring and overlanding! Yeah I can remember an older video of you guys stopping at a site along a river.. this has been a couple years ago now but I swear it was somewhere in the chequamegon national forest. There was 2 or 3 sites right along a road... if you remember I would love to check those spots out but cannot remember where they were

@@DustyOutdoors_9113 You are much welcome! You might be talking about the sites we found on Mountain Lakes Road? That is near the town of Mountain. The sites by the lake are no longer free but don't know about the ones by the river. We also found some on Peshtigo River Road which is up by the town of Laona in Forest County. I think we found several up there... I hope that helps!

When I was 20 I woke up in the middle of the night in the worst pain of my life. Was completely fine when I went to bed. For the next 16 years I had back pain pretty much only when sleeping. I tried everything including chiropractic care and nothing worked. I actually slept in a hammock for a year because in the possession it actually did help. One day I found an adjustable bed on Craigslist with a Simmon Beauty Rest mattresses (belive I have the name right). I was able to adjust my head and feet higher, they call it Zero Gravity possession on the bed frame. My life changed the first night I slept on it. That bed at the time new was 5400 and I paid 700 used and I swear I would replace it if it was 10k today. I'm at the point now where I can even sleep in other beds and sleep fine most of the time. I honestly don't know what it is with my back, even the first night of my horrific pain has my wondering if it could have been kidney related. A year a go I got my first kidney stone and it really reminded me of my first night of back pain. I also delt with it in my left side only and in the morning if I twisted I felt it like I was stretching it out but it really didn't help. One other thing I guess that did help some is stretching my hamstrings by grabbing my ankle and pulling it to my butt. I felt I had to post this since listening to you was so close to what I experienced right down to feeling fine when you lay down and then here comes the pain!!!

Hey Josh, thank you so much for this comment. Sorry I didn't respond sooner for some reason youtube didn't show me this comment. It showed up on laurins my wife's phone but not mine so she told me about it and I had to do some digging but I found it. I will Def start looking for a bed option like that won't be able to afford a new one but I'll keep an eye out for a used one. Again thank you very much!!!!

@DustyOutdoors_9113 I'm glad you were able to see it. Sometimes knowing you're not alone and there's hope helps a bit. When I heard your story, it was just too close to mine not to comment, especially the part of laying down feeling fine and then feeling the pain come once your body tries to relax. Until you get a bed, maybe try propping your head up higher. I'd even challenge you to sleep a night in a hammock just to see if you notice a difference. It's not an easy condition to solve. Before the new bed, I did get about 30 days of relief by walking on the treadmill every day. I got to the point that even if I didn't walk, I was sleeping pretty well. Eventually, it came back, so I figured it was time to get back walking. This time, it did absolutely nothing for my back. Even to this day, it can creep back for a night or two, although not as bad as before.

The pain you're describing sounds like fibromyalgia and sciatic nerve pain. I'm not an M.D.,nurse, or other healthcare professional, but that's what it sounds like.
