We have a small but dedicated customer service team that is constantly working to help. If we see an order come through with possible issues, we have our guys call/email customers to try and fix it before it ships. If someone calls in with parts questions, we have fellow enthusiasts here to assist. Sometimes people even call us and end up with Dave answering the phone to help 😂

So why does it seem like some people change trucks so much over the years and some keep the same rig? Am I missing something as far as prerunners having a lifespan that is small? (Not including crashes)
@badlinesgoodtimes4 ай бұрын
@@WilliamRose-uc1ix I often wonder that very question. For the most part our group has had pretty much the same rigs. A few have upgraded over the years for various reasons. I always see guys going through trucks few every years. Maybe they are chasing the build process of getting something, creating it and then moving on to the next project. While others build the truck and just maintain it and get out and use it when they can
