Missions trips in other countries make me uncomfortable. No hate, but I feel like it is disrespectful to other peoples' cultures and customs. Let people be.

This is a sad way to think… why let people be when you could go help them maximize their way of living which is often extreme poverty and defeat? Besides, they’re usually so excited to see people of new culture and learn.

@@rlizzylittle9849 it’s often about trying to convert people from their tribal/culturally historic religions to Christianity. Trying to help these people by building houses, etc. is good, but that often comes with an agenda
