That didn't work for me. I credit the original artist in the video. But when I disputed the claim, HAAWK refused to remove the claim from my video. So I tried to reupload the same video again. Same thing happened. The video got claimed again. So I took down the reupload copy. I'm going to fight this! This isn't right! The song even said on the title it's a free song! What the f**k! 😡

Warning: Stay away from anything associated with Igor Burban. I signed up for his Vacaymatic program and it starts off well and the support was initially very helpful. After several months (and after they have your money) they stop responding to your requests for support.

They put a copyright claim on a video of mine that was *over three years old* for putting copyright-free music on there. That video literally went more than three years without any issues whatsoever, and then Haawk comes by with this bogus claim. I disputed the claim already, citing the claimed soundtrack was copyright free, so fingers crossed on that.

Unfortunately this process has become part of my workflow and is a huge PITA, sometimes you have to copy and paste a copy of your usage license, because disputing without including the song's usage license from the place you licensed it with will sometimes cause the claim to be rejected. I have been through this dozens of times with Music I pay to use from a company called Motion Array. I have a song I use for my outtakes that gets flagged every time I use it, despite the fact it has been disputed and released many times in the past. Motion Array is no help in preventing this, only giving same old tired advice about how to dispute. Another bit of advice I would give is to upload and schedule your videos ahead of time to give time for the low lifes to put their claim on them, so you can have a cleared video upon release. Of course that is not %100 either , I have had stuff falsely flagged 6 month after publishing. The only answer to this is not do business with Companies that use music that is represented by Hawk in any way. Motion array just gives me the same old speach about how easy it is to dispute.
