Hi i just bought a LG front load washing machine F2515RTGB 15kg/8kg, need to ask the person who deliver and install on my home told me the detergent component there just use the right side one and the softener put in upper right blue box, but your video showing use the left side for main wash, totally different from what i heard😅 why?

I added liquid detergent to the main wash compartment . The door was still open and it all falls out into the drum / door / floor… should it not be left there and released when main cycle process begins? If i put prewash, prewash should be released first and then main wash , no?? Why is it just falling out like that? My other LG models didnt have this issue
