This is so delicious! Enjoying it all the way over in NZ. In the vid you add salt but amount of salt is not on the recipe written down. Can you please add this?

It is just me or the final baked cake looks so much taller than the unbaked one...considering cake has no leavening. Looks nice though.

I use Bluecorn frequently. It's easily accessible here in NM !! I love making homemade Bluecorn tortillas for Enchiladas! Bluecorn Piñon Pancakes are to die for....

Stiff Peaks? The video didn't look like stiff peaks? Maybe a high humidity day? Humidity will affect meringue.
