@sanjeevgupta7010 we dont sell property under 2 .5 mill aed as the demand from our clients is for the golden visa and properties with amenities in good communities. In Dubai for this the budget needs to be in line with this.

I like that you can see it is lived in, but no green area? It looks so cold (yes, I know it is warm), but there is just something I cannot put my finger on. I would have to renovate a lot of the space, but someone will probably love this more than a house that I like. Aside from that, great presentation as always.

I heard it's for the owners to choose upgrades- if its the same as Aura Twin villa this was NEVER used as a show home as they are all sold out. It was simply used for owners to be able to upgrade internal choices..lets wait and see!

Hi Lucy, for less than 8m, I would recommend JVT all day long (Dubai's best kept secret). Huge plots, villas can be converted to 4 bedroom very affordably.

Honestly, let’s call it what it is-a villa, not a mansion. And funny enough, if we hop back to 2021, it’d still be the same price… just in AED instead of USD. Perspective really is everything!

Service Charges are too high in uae My uncle was actually thinking of buying an apartment in uae, But now diverted the funds to us stocks + indian Mutual funds i thought he was just exaggering but when i researched, i am surprised, as high as 20 - 50 aed/sf feels like rent even after u own ur place

@AnishShinde-v6f absolutely which is why I sell townhouses and villas..the charges are much lower.. Apartments are v varied in Dubai so generally the better facilities the higher the rate
