I have experienced, no thought, a couple of times but didn't know what was happening. I've experienced it by reading Anxiety Rx by Dr. Russell Kennedy and through practicing my Strategy & Authority in Human Design. I'm ecstatic to be experiencing it again through your book.

What a great and helpful story! Thank you for sharing a it, John. :) It seems like the expectations about what we have to do, the need to be in control and the stress level become normal at one point. So that we don't see that's it made up in the first place and coming from thought. I can definitely see myself there. Lately I,ve experienced the physical consequences of the constation tension and expectations, but this hustle and not giving myself enough space for silence and just being and relaxing has been there for a longer time. I will sit with what you shared. It seems like there is more for me to learn :) Thank you again ❤ Sebastian

Thanks for this interview. After reading his book, I wanted to know more about Joseph, and this interview did not disappoint. He makes me happy with his honest sharing and lovely smile. I agree with the previous commenter, Louise Thomas in that maybe you could share a link to his brother's music? Joseph made us want to check it out!

Hi Joe, thanks for sharing this. I enjoyed listening to Joseph, but wanted to point out a major difference in my experience - whenI let my thoughts go and drop into innate wellbeing and wisdom I do not have fear, I have total trust that all is, and will be, well 😃

I think Universal Mind told me to watch this video. Love what Judith Sedgeman shared about her neighbours, partly because I have my own issues with my neighbours at th moment and partly because the dog story reminded me of my father. My dad never let me have a dog when I was a child, and that is all I ever asked for as a present. He used to suggest a goldfish or a boxer dog (I think boxer dog thinking it would put me off - it didn't). He died in 1995. We didn't find out (my mother and I) until after he died, through my half sister (my mother's step daughter) that he had a dog that was killed when he was child, and I think it may have been around the same time as his father was killed in an industrial accident. I've also found out in recent years that our neighbours were scared of my father, probably for a similar reason as people didn't bother with the neighbour Judith mentioned. 💕

Brother Joe Bailey, congratulations on your book release and this excellent work you are sharing with the world. This is such a great first episode of your first episode of this podcast, Thriving in the Eye of the Hurricane with my WONDERFUL MOTHER, Mrs. Beverley Wilson Hayes!!! You both are awesome! Please send my love to the Mrs. I feel her spirit in this space, the Secret Angel. Momma, you look so beautiful inside and out! I can watch you all day. I love you so much. Great job shining this awesome light and leading in such an excellent way. I really love your talk on this episode of Thriving in the Eye of the Hurricane. Your voluminous red presentation of love is felt and heard. Thank you for always giving so much! I sat on the edge of time and chose you as my Mother before I arrived to this earth. You are tooo much for me. I love all of you. Your lights are glowing in your eyes, your nails and lips look exquisite, and I really appreciate what you have brought to this space. I love you so much. Yours proudly always, Monique Williams

Hi Joe! I love your videos! I joined you on one of your health programs. Thank you for this talk today. You said something in here and I'd love to ask you about it. I really resonated with you when you said, "I was feeling the collective" I do that too. And work with many students who tend to do that because they are sensitive souls in the sense that they can just feel alot. How do we snap out of that, simply by being aware and noticing when we are "feeling the weight of the world". That the collective isn't us. Or perhaps by knowing more who we truly are. I'd love to just simplify this as my mind is attempting a "how" and I know that's not the way back. Thanks as always Joe! Jamie
