I mean it depends, singles on their own can be good but albums tend to bring together a story. Now if you’re not gonna make the album make sense or only put like three good songs and let the rest be whatever then yeah, singles makes more sense but with how slipknot has been as a band they’ve always done a good job with albums, I’d go as far to say they’ve never put out a bad album. They’ve had bad songs on albums and TESF was a weaker release but even that one is an album I can listen to beginning to end and still enjoy it
