Do you ever do any LIVE Streams? Would you ever be interested in doing a live collaboration with any of your subscribers? You can make it like a " Breaking the Egg Shell" challenge. A take from a new born bird breaking through the shell to eventually grow and become confident to fly on their own.

Luisa, thank you for all you do. I truly appreciate you, and what you are doing. Can you do a video on taking us through the creation of a coaching session?

Awww thanks guys! That's really sweet - and I appreciate it. Joseph - funny you should ask! We actually just started working on a script on this. However, because we're scheduling around a team member's upcoming maternity leave, we're batching quite a few months ahead of time - so this will be coming out, just in a bit next year!

I wish she would have said what business she has and maybe told us what good it does for her Live. I hope it is a personally satisfying operation, Hate to see anyone stuck in a phony planet scam instead of working fully for themselves mainly because people that know how to please themselves offer better social communications 🎉❤.

Thankyou for your video. Can you share about what "work" is there in teaching? Like is it building curriculum, outreach etc? ❤
@LuisaZhou9 күн бұрын
Oooh, I love this question! Wish more ppl would ask this, and hope a lot of ppl see this answer (and it helps them too)! Off the top of my head: 1. You need to first really know your own topic well. So it's not just "I only know that this worked for me." But why did it work, what to do when it doesn't work exactly the same for others, what it takes to be able to get it to work, etc. 2. You need to understand how your students/clients learn your topic. Because they will likely think differently than you do - and thus have different questions, doubts, obstacles, and ways of learning and understanding than you. So you need to learn what to get ahead of in terms of you communication and be thorough in addressing. 3. ^Building on the above - that informs how you teach, the order, the structure, the guidance you give. 4. Most likely includes also knowing how to give some form of feedback/guidance/coaching, as well. 5. And communication. How do you communicate what people need to know, all the above points, in the most concise way, while also making sure it lands?

Having dreams and goal may not harm people, over attachment with that goal and dream may effect negativity in life, hanging around with friends often may not give happy and pleasure in life, here and there balanced social life with friends and family could be fine. For most thankful, happy, peaceful, contented , disciplined life, giving positive impact towards other people would be meaningful. I prefer balanced life and parents could play great role in children's life, some go right path and some may go wrong path even you teach them right path. In some way I agree with you.

I'm really enjoying your videos and I really appreciate how you focus on looking into our own personal experiences to be a coach. I was wondering though, as I was looking into being a relationship coach, how can I implement a course so easily when everyones relationship issues are so different? Should I try to niche in on a more specific type of relationship? Ex. Coaching for single parents, or coaching latina women in high paying careers. I can't see how i'll be able to use the same outline each time to help save me time. I have yet to start my coaching journey but I am truly enjoying your videos and look forward to continue learning from you.

This is much personal advice as a professional one. Jerry Seinfeld on Comedians in Car Getting Coffee (I *think* it's the Sarah Silverman ep) said: "Pain is knowledge filling a gap. There was something that you didn't know, but you had to learn it really quickly."

Having a "tiger mom" does not guarantee success, such as building a seven-figure business. While some individuals may develop the mental strength and resilience to thrive under such pressure, many others can break in one way or another. In fact, it's possible that even those who appear successful may carry emotional or psychological scars they aren't fully aware of. More importantly, equating a seven-figure business with life success is problematic. Achieving such financial milestones is never the ultimate goal of life, especially if it requires enduring unhappiness or misery, particularly during formative years like high school. It's concerning that some still hold this mindset. Perhaps, a better goal is finding joy and fulfillment in everyday life, which may lead to a more meaningful and balanced existence.

Having a tiger mom DOES NOT lead to a 7 figure business. It just worked out for her, because she had the mental strength and the resiliance to stay positive. Many kids will break in one way or another. In fact, she may have too in some way that she's not aware of.
