I keep getting a drum error for cleaning the corona and I have done it several times. The manual says to go to Maint. (8) and press (4) but I only have up to (3). I tried contacting Brother and they tell me that they can't help. can someone help me please?

I ended up having to replace my waste toner box because the roller was covered in magenta, hence my pink sheets of paper. Now, my new problem with this printer is Yellow. I changed the cartridge (which was practically new), I changed the Yellow Drum Unit too, have my new waste toner box, the belt is fine. Yet, the printer will NOT print Yellow. I've been looking online for a solution for resetting the drum unit just for the yellow (although I did put in a new drum unit for magenta too), info I get online is showing there should be a "Machine Info" tab, but there isn't one for this printer model. Do you know how to reset All or the individual drum units? I don't know what else the problem could be with printing Yellow. **Also, unrelated to printing issues; When I got to scan or fax myself (via my efax #), 3-8pgs, what should end up in my efax inbox is a document with no more than 200kb,,,but it always comes to me at like, 6mb or higher if more pages are scanned. Do you know how to fix this too?

Sorry to hear that, Emily. I'm not familiar with this situation but I would guess there could be leakage from your toner. Maybe you can try another toner or consult Brother on this.

Please help; I have the same printer, I just put in a new Magenta toner cartridge (I had previously done the refill trick on it), so I just put it in & I'm thinking there's something wrong with the drum unit because when I print out a page 'in color', my entire sheet of paper comes out pink. After this happened, I took out the cartridge, tried to clean it & the belt unit too & my papers are still coming out with pink-ish, like it's bleeding all over the place. My drum unit was working fine before I put in the new Magenta toner cartridge. Should I replace my drum unit OR do I just have a a bad (new) toner cartridge? Also; for your video, did you reset the printer after refilling your cartridge with new Yellow powder OR by taking apart the side & moving that one white dial a click?
