@@gjoniny the rod is too long, take the rod off and jack it up with the floor. Jack on the bottom of the Control arm And use a measuring tape and measure the rod length from the Control arm to the sensor

how did you measure how high the mount needed to be for your truck to lay flat on the ground, where did you measure and from what points to determine how high the bracket needed to be

you can use some wire and compress the shock then install the bracket and make your marks on the frame to mount the bracket

I first started off with a fab kit then I upgraded to Accuair e level it has a 1979 camaro front clip with a chevy small block, I have a few videos on my channel, thanks

Did you having any issues with steering clearance with the shocks mounted like you have? I have a83 Malibu bagged that I need to figure out shock mounting up front.
