I have 2 breaking news to all of you. One is abt Sis Zi, her drama “The Oath of Love” will board cast (after long waiting) on 15 Mar 2022. Another one is bad news of Bro Lun. His income (or his company) has tax evasion problem (amount: 60 million RMB, around 9.4 million USD), his company filled back the gap of 44.55 million RMB, around 6.9 million USD but still short from the original amount should pay. Then he is being penalty by tax department for 106 million RMB. (Around 16 million USD). DL’s studio Weibo account, his personal Weibo and Douyin account are all blocked. His spokesperson related brands blocked all his post. It is expected he will be disappeared from all screen for long time. His drama, movie and show participated won’t be on screen anymore, as actor. Many of his solo fans and LunZi shippers in Cbiz claimed they will not be fans of him anymore. It is unclear how this incident affected LunZi’s relationship and their plan. Anyway I will not leave at this moment, but be prepared the current news about Lun will be all bad criticises. 😥 Some more info for DL tax evasion case (put personal showbiz income under company income in order to receive lower tax rate): The final gap his personal income/his studio didn’t fill after all warning (some part his company actively filled back), was around 3 million RMB, 472K USD. it isn’t a large amount as a cbiz trendy star, a spokesperson title is worth for 10 million+ RMB. The case period happened in 2019-2020. At that time he was still under his agency (not really his independent studio, his independent studio from Jun 2021) and his account staffs were from agency. In the beginning of 2020, many cbiz stars actively went to tax department to fix the problem and DL was seen once at Shanghai tax department as well. From the info I get I’m not sure if his account staffs gave wrong advice at the beginning - (some old methods everyone using are not appropriate anymore from 2020), or advised no need to fix the remaining amount (sometimes there are arguments of tax amount overpay between tax department and tax payees). Or the account staffs didn’t proper follow up and report the situation to him and ignored the warning. Tax department warned 3 times in total before announcement of penalties and put his case on national TV news (because DL as actor is a public figure.) Anyway, DL has unavoidable and final responsibility as his studio and company (total 2) that are sole enterprise under his name, regardless where the account staffs from, who were giving him advices, or who were actually handling those spreadsheets during the period. He and his team maybe underestimated the problem and the results. (Fireroom related companies not linked to the case. They are not under DL’s name but his childhood friends.)

This incident ruined DL’s actor life and affected the possibilities of official announcement shippers’ guessed this 2022. Originally in the first week of Mar, there were some signals: DL’s global fans club Weibo (under control of DL’s studio) had timestamp total 3 times of related to YZ: YZ’s birthday (1106, 2306(=1106), 1026. (DLYZ). DL’s studio also had timestamp same as 2018: 2221 (Ao Ao, love you). Some cbiz news channel started to release grossp of “YZ is not single. She has a boyfriend within cbiz.” But now an official announcement in these a few years will become really difficult under current circumstances. It also really a pity that it is impossible to have their next collaboration now. DL already went back to Beijing on 15 Mar 2022. One of YZ’s studio Weibo sub account repost on 16 Mar, the make of YZ’s Vblog singing “Elopement”. “As long as you are willing to hold my hands despite all rumours.” “You will give me a reassuring nod when I’m tired and exhausted.” It may reflect what she is thinking now. I believe they are still holding their hands to overcome this difficult time and have their own life in private, sharing all the sorrow together. Best wishes to them in future. Even DL leave cbiz and no longer as actor, he still have his business such as Fireroom Restaurants and Escape Room.
