Put your multimeter probe on the output transistors emitter and set voltage between 0.7v - 0.5v by rotating the trim pot.

Hello bro, I have a question, do you have any idea about class d amplifier of course you are knowing about it I am going to make a diy home theater with tpa3251 ic which offers 350w rms at 2ohm load so I am considering pioneer 1202d4 which has dual coil and I can easily make it 2ohn through parallel connection. But my confusion is in tpa 3251 data sheet he have mention some ptbl mode I am confused that what is pbtl mode and the all what I asume are right or please share your thoughts on this and tell me that can I get 350w output with pioneer 1202d4 sub. Thank you.

PBTL stands for parallel bridge tied load for the TPA 3251 IC it has four outputs which can be configured as 4 channel 2.1 channel stereo and mono. For pbtl you have to configure the IC such that 4 channels become mono. You can check the ic datasheet for that FYI 350 watt on a 2 ohm load is possible but has a high total harmonic distortion figure of 10%.

Hello brother. In the board and in schematic all the potentiometers are 10k. But in the list attached "Excel file" it says mid, bass and trble controller as 1M. Also you added Capacitor c7 in the board but not mentioned in list. Please clarify

We shouldn't use bass Treble circuits made with Lm741 or Lm324 opamps because they're Industrial Ics & give noise in the circuit. We should use Audio grade opamps circuits like Ne5532, Tlo72, Njm4558 based Ics
