if you expect your turnover will cross 20 lakhs soon and you sell any taxable supplies then don't cancel it, if it will not cross 20 lakhs or you only provide exempted services although the turnover crosses 20lakhs there is no need for GST.

Some insurance company asked physiotherapy gst bills for reimbursement. I have contacted 5 CA , all they said GST is applicable for physiotherapy services. So I have been collecting 18 % and filed about 3 Lskhs since October,2023. But most patients are not willing to pay GST . No physio clinics are collecting gst from them , they ssid . I have Telangana paramedical board registration from Telangana Govt. And I have Allopathic private medical establishment licence from Govt of Telangana medical health and family welfare, district registration department for my physiotherapy clinic. Please suggest me my gst is under exemption or shall I cancel it ? I filed my ITR turn over below 20 Lakhs. Is there any problem if I cancel it ? Or Shall I file nill ? Then I wont collect the gst tax from the some patients. Can I claim the GST which I paid to the Govt ? Plz 🙏 help me .

Many of the health care services are exempted from GST, And once amount paid to GST as tax its almost next to impossible to get it back, Either you check your services as per the SAC code whether it's exempted or taxable, then decide. For your turnover it's not at all mandatory to obtain GST, it's better to cancel your registration.

Horrible platform for dentist. As everyone goes to a trusted dentist. Plus ur forced to get visitor's give bussiness. Hes right once u leaveno one will ask u. And most importantly when u join theu will only talk about giving u buss. The moment u join theu will forget this and ask u to give others buss

But my building owner is telling, that he has to pay gst to the govt..and asking me to pay rent(25k)+18 % gst... Sir. Whats thr solution for it

If it's a commercial property and your owner is registered under GST, he has to pay gst tax and will have to collect it from you, and if you are under GST then you can take the input and apply for refund ,but the regular gst filings work will increase,Check if it's really beneficial to you.

Pappyjoe clinic Management Software is an excellent software . Helps me do all the clinical activities and it has a very good support system.The Toothchart and orthomodule is also very helpful.
