Regen should be ~40-45% of your total ES, regardless of what the actual ES number is. So ~4K regen, 6K with soul of arakaali up.

Not so insane, the only piece of gear that was more than 75c in this video was the Watcher's Eye Jewel, getting the clarity turns mana into ES mod.

Dual HOWA should be fine, 25% more DPS but ~1.5K less ES. I personally like being more tanky. I only leech 20%, I have ~25% regeneration from the inquisitor ascendency and some nodes on the tree. So ~45% sustain per sec. Then I also have the Soul of Arakaali pantheon power, so that whenever I refresh blood rage I get an extra 23% sustain per sec. So in total, ~70% sustain/sec, which with a high ES pool (12K) results in about 8.5K ES sustain/sec.

Incandescent Heart gives attack damage life leech. Use that or build towards the shadow claw nodes. You could build it is a raider while grabbing Vaal Pact instead of all the regen we get, would be a bit different.

With an Inc AOE gem it is very good, better than most melee skills IMO. I'll post up some Guardians maps when I get time to show how it clears.

I would say switch at lvl 70 when you have all your CI gear ready, i.e., incandescent heart, HOWA, ES shield/helm/boots, shaper's touch, etc. You should have ~7-8K after switching, just be sure you have Ghost Reaver + Zealot's Oath once you switch. To level, grab a HOTM, Astramentis and Lycosidae and just path towards life + intelligence, should be enough dmg to carry you for the most part.

You could definitely get good gear for 7-8 ex and clear all the content comfortably. Just prioritize a 6L chest, then ES+intelligence on gear. There are only 5 pieces of non-unique gear (belt, rings, shield and boots). Essence craft intelligence on your belt, get a high ES/intelligence shield and boots, and try to get good rings.

Uber lab is a joke on this character. A lot of mobility (because of high atk speed + whirling blades), with amazing regen (you can run Vitality as well to get it even higher) and ES's recharge rate after you haven't been hit. I have never died in Uber lab in something like 70 runs.

The reason that leech is so ineffective is that PvP scaling is on, which messes with our damage to make it more suited towards player's health. I.e. the average grandmaster might have like 8K hp, which with 2% leech would only leech 160hp per if we manage to one shot a grand master.

Probably not, to play safe I usually use LS from range instead of face tanking, allowing me to damage from range. Note this was on a 5L with a 60% more boss life. On a 6L and without life mods it would probably die in less than half the time. Also the damage mods made me play a lot safer than I regularly would. Still I agree it is not the best at single target.
