Runtime errors indicate in most cases the add-in is not installed correctly. You might need to re-install, with the recommended selections: 1. Check your Office bitness (in Word or Outlook, open File-> Office Account-> About...); 2. Close all your Office apps (Word, Publisher, Outlook, Excel), open Programs & Features/ Apps in your Windows Control Panel and uninstall "Mail Merge Toolkit"; 3. Download and save the installation package to your local drive: www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/ 4. Open that downloaded ZIP-file and extract the proper setup file to a local folder: if you have 32-bit Office edition, please select "Setup for Outlook", if you have 64-bit Office edition, please select "Setup for Outlook 64-bit"; 5. And start installation from that extracted setup file: *- just double-click on the setup file, then *- keep the "Only for me" selection in the 3rd Installation Wizard step. In the next step, you might be offered to enter your Local Administrator login and password (if required in your OS).

Our add-in will work with your connected data source and selected recipients - without any limitation. If you select more than 50 recipients with the trial version, the add-in will generate 50 messages, then inform about its trial limitation (for each single mailing). After registration, no limitation exists. But connection to your data source is established within the regular MS Office Mail Merge steps - and working with large data impacts on the processes in the Office programs and even in OS. You might also need to ask you mail server administrators about their server limitations for outgoing mail: they might be applied to outgoing messages in Outlook.

I just purchased and tried this software and I am very happy with the results. Within just a few minutes, I was able to identify and delete nearly 3,000 duplicate emails in my Outlook email folders (other than in my Deleted folder). I then ran the software again on my Deleted folder and identified 2216 duplicate emails within the Deleted folder specifically (most of which had been identified in the first search). I moved the emails from the latter search into a subfolder underneath my Deleted folder so I could inspect them and make sure I really wanted to get rid of them, then I permanently deleted them and compacted my email folder. This was a great way to clean up the digital detritus that had collected in my Outlook emails over the course of ~24 years of data migrations across numerous computers.
