I hope you guys are doing ok half a decade later! I was 11 years old and was almost just as knowledgeable and into weather and storms then as I am now, but ironically, this was probably the most helpless and anxious I have ever felt. Please forgive me for asking, but do/did you live on the outer west parts of Bonner Springs? My Dad (Bruce) works for UPS and used to deliver to Bonner Springs and had Linwood road and Stillwell road on his route, as well (everything from 174th ST eastward). He had just finished those areas and I believe he was in the Lei Valley neighborhood when the Tornado Emergency came out. He went to Highlands Apartments in Bonner to take cover. I heard people crying in the background while I was on the phone with him and watched the giant tornado bear down on him on my radar app. I thought he was a goner. He had several houses on his route that were lost on Stillwell, 174th, 3, Auburn, and Bear Lake. He said some were basically gone. We went back out there for the first time since 2019 about a month ago. Very proud of the recovery all you folks have made since then. Love and prayers

I can't help but see this as so familiar. Like this is basically what America has looked like for thousands of years. It's ancient. Sure the language and the clothes and technology has changed, but it looks like the same thing.

In my opinion it is not hunting unless the animal has s chance and equal ability to hunt you back. If you want to call yourself a hunter go look for a bear

This is not hunting if you put feed out there to entice deer to eat. So just sit back along the tree line with your beer & bow and just pick them off.
