The concentration on the RBD (receptor binding domain) to provoke an immune reaction makes sense if that is the most important part of the much bigger S-protein. Already the concentration on the S-protein as anti-gen had been questioned in the past because the immune response may be too specialized, and small changes to the S-protein in new variants make the older vaccines obsolete. But isn't this project completely going in the opposite direction, namely instead "teaching" the immune system to detect various viral proteins other than S-proteins, this further specialization on the RBD seems to go towards making the target of the immune response even smaller and even more specific. Also, isn't it possible that the immune system "learns too well" to attack this overly specific anti-gen (the RBD protein), and isn't it possible that the immune response goes out of control, basically "seeing RBD everywhere": In other words, could other proteins exist in the human body that are sufficiently similar to the RBD of the S-proteins, and suddenly the immune system attacks anything that is sufficiently similar to this protein? So that would be a bad case of auto-immune response. Plausible? Possible? Also, it wasn't really addressed what processes exist that self-limit the proliferation of the replicated saRNA? This is obviously a targeted destabilization of the cell's reproductive system where the cell is not only reprogrammed to produce the antigen targets to trigger the immune system, but also the enzymes that accelerate the reduplication of this RNA. So it's self amplifying but is it also self limiting? Final question. I'm assuming that the codons added in the RNA that encode the specific enzyme that's supposed to speed up the reduplication of the RNA, is an RNA Dependent RNA Polymerase, RdRp. The question I have: The goal is evidently to proliferate the saRNA reduplication, so that the RBD target can be produced at a faster and increasing rate by the cell. But the new step here is that also this very specific enzyme is proliferated in the process. And this enzyme is also a substance foreign to the body. How will the cells deal with this? I find this rather concerning. How certain are we that they don't create some other havoc, e.g., auto-immune reactions. Old vaccines: Inject antigens to trigger the immune system. mRNA vaccines: Reprogram body cells by mRNA to produce the antigens that should trigger the immune system. saRNA vaccines: Reprogram body cells to induce a self-amplifying process that generates a specialized machinery which not only produces the antigens, but also produces parts of the machinery in form of special enzymes that reduplicate and proliferate the mRNA encoding the antigens. This isn't just a small modification of the mRNA vaccines, but indeed a whole new project of a new experimental vaccine. What could possibly go wrong?

I love so much TOSHI -san 😍😙😗😘😁😀

My buddy Josh is Japanese and I'm native American Indian Cherokee and Mexican Aztec plus European and he's like an older brother to me so I can't really say that I'm against Mr Hyakuta at all. He's a very intelligent man. WOW personally I'd love to hangout with and get to know him. I'd like to know some things about him. Before I go on about you I know how you feel Mr Hyakuta - Biden = American Fumio Kishida. I hope that he and I meet become like Putin and Xi Xinping. I hope you run for Japanese President and I hope you win Mr Hyakuta. Now what I'd like to know about you sir - Religion , Net worth , Favorite Sports , and your favorite US President.

Talking about Social Credit, am I to understand that in the West if you get a loan from a bank, and do not fulfil your obligations you can get another loan?
The SGI is fundamentally a self serving organisation. It seeks absolute obedience in its leadership caste. Even at lower levels of the organisation, district, chapter, HQ, even area leaders have been ruthlessly sidelined after decades of voluntary service for raising concerns or daring to disagree. SGI in the west touts itself as an organisation that promotes dialogue but the meetings are in fact a monologue that indoctrinates participants into a self serving cycle of - chant more, do more and give more to the organisation. The corporate goals of the organisation are paramount and actively entwined into the personal lives of buddhist members. It’s a shame because NMRK is a great practice. The real problem with SGI, is its leadership hierarchy, enshrined in the so called ‘mentor disciple relationship’. People are encouraged to look up to leaders at all levels of the organisation and to look up to and revere Sensei the most. This makes the leadership very powerful in the lives of members. It is a well known fact that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is what has happened to the SGI. A different structure that encourages independent thinking and more consensual leadership would mean there was less opportunity for people to abuse power in the way described here. The final red flag for anyone in the west should be that SGI has its own political party in Japan. In the west the separation of church and state is a given, even if politicians have personal religious affiliations that impact on their politics. This organisation has definitely gone off track, but, the fact SGI has always wielded political power via a membership indoctrinated to vote for the SGI’s party is a sign the SGI has always been wrong at its foundation. Whilst I agree with these three brave men, that Sensei was too ill to make serious decisions for some years before his death and had been kept in confinement in case this got out, I don’t agree that he is a victim. Sensei built the SGI into the international entity it is today. He formed it into an organisation susceptible to corruption and with a predilection for manipulation.

Three brave guys speaking a truth many of us suspected for a long time. Chanting is great. SGI less so. It’s a self serving corporate entity now.
