I agree he’s being a little too strong on his jokes, he should be more careful what he jokes about on tv. I recognize it’s scary for many women, because these kind of jokes are jokes of bad taste. At the same time we all recognize there’s an issue in Japan. Never in history there’s been a country which spends almost 4 months in a row without any childbirth, and of course this is gonna lead to their extinction. I also think that on a country like this, American companies like visa which push lgbt agendas on them are cruel because of the nature of how low birth rate is in this country. On the other hand I think the Japanese government should be a little more generous, instead of joking about this issue with such extreme point of views, they should instead say, women who have children under 25 years old, we will cover all the expenses for their child, for example. I think that would be a good idea, until they get enough birth rates. Implementing such programs like this, doesn’t force but encourage women to give birth and have children because they’ll have unconditional support, however these governments are too greedy to come up with such ideas of course.

absolutely wild that he gave this speech about comfort women when Naoki Hyakuta just said he would have women's uteruses removed at the age of 30 for not having children. This dude does not see women as people and instead as breedingstock he's being the hero for and should be ignored.

I first watched this press conference in 2018. The moderator’s comment on how Hanyu’s skating is really the truth in the world of fake news really stuck with me. Almost 7 years later, this statement rings true even more. Our world has became more tumultuous, and the real truth has became even harder to decipher in the world of deep fake. I now find Hanyu’s skating to represent the truth more than ever. The beauty and athleticism of his skating is a pure gem to me in this murky world. Thank you for posting this conference.

*_Perhaps you should write in the title that he was suspected of being a member of ISIS instead of portraying the Kurds as a hostile group who arrest a supposdely innocent journalist for no reason. Lots of people from Northern Europe as well as east Asia traveled to the middle east to join ISIS to attack Kurds so don't come here bullshitting._*

The topic were earthquakes and of course the German dumbass journalist and the one after him had to make it a lecture about climate change.
The concentration on the RBD (receptor binding domain) to provoke an immune reaction makes sense if that is the most important part of the much bigger S-protein. Already the concentration on the S-protein as anti-gen had been questioned in the past because the immune response may be too specialized, and small changes to the S-protein in new variants make the older vaccines obsolete. But isn't this project completely going in the opposite direction, namely instead "teaching" the immune system to detect various viral proteins other than S-proteins, this further specialization on the RBD seems to go towards making the target of the immune response even smaller and even more specific. Also, isn't it possible that the immune system "learns too well" to attack this overly specific anti-gen (the RBD protein), and isn't it possible that the immune response goes out of control, basically "seeing RBD everywhere": In other words, could other proteins exist in the human body that are sufficiently similar to the RBD of the S-proteins, and suddenly the immune system attacks anything that is sufficiently similar to this protein? So that would be a bad case of auto-immune response. Plausible? Possible? Also, it wasn't really addressed what processes exist that self-limit the proliferation of the replicated saRNA? This is obviously a targeted destabilization of the cell's reproductive system where the cell is not only reprogrammed to produce the antigen targets to trigger the immune system, but also the enzymes that accelerate the reduplication of this RNA. So it's self amplifying but is it also self limiting? Final question. I'm assuming that the codons added in the RNA that encode the specific enzyme that's supposed to speed up the reduplication of the RNA, is an RNA Dependent RNA Polymerase, RdRp. The question I have: The goal is evidently to proliferate the saRNA reduplication, so that the RBD target can be produced at a faster and increasing rate by the cell. But the new step here is that also this very specific enzyme is proliferated in the process. And this enzyme is also a substance foreign to the body. How will the cells deal with this? I find this rather concerning. How certain are we that they don't create some other havoc, e.g., auto-immune reactions. Old vaccines: Inject antigens to trigger the immune system. mRNA vaccines: Reprogram body cells by mRNA to produce the antigens that should trigger the immune system. saRNA vaccines: Reprogram body cells to induce a self-amplifying process that generates a specialized machinery which not only produces the antigens, but also produces parts of the machinery in form of special enzymes that reduplicate and proliferate the mRNA encoding the antigens. This isn't just a small modification of the mRNA vaccines, but indeed a whole new project of a new experimental vaccine. What could possibly go wrong?

I love so much TOSHI -san 😍😙😗😘😁😀
