I just pulled the entire air box off directly upwards, if you struggle get some silicone spray on where the bungs are and it should help it slip off

I sold the bike a year after fitting them, but they held out fine, had to top up the air chamber every now and then but other than that fine :)

Getting the oem turbo elbow off the turbo with 5 hoses in the way is the most frustrating thing I have EVER ran into while working on a car. What an actual shitshow. Putting it back to stock and selling the car. New cars are way too complicated to maintain. I’ll take a 5 cylinder any day of the week anyway

Thanks for this video it was enjoyable to watch. I am there tomorrow and this gave me some idea of what to expect. It looked like it was tiring for you guys but you did well. I have have never done anything like this before and at the age of 65 I am really looking forward to it. To clarify though I will be riding an e bike :). I know you don't like them but for people my age and with my limitations they have opened up a whole new world for us. The way I see it is that it is better to e bike that not bike at all, at least it gets me off the sofa and in to the fresh air. I will let you know how I did after tomorrow :) Keep up the good work.
