I sometimes worry I take too many notes, which can take up time, but these often pay off massively down the line when I want to refer back to something. GH readmes are a good way to do this, personally I like to use Capacities which (similar to Notion etc) allows you to include code snippets with syntax highlighting. Great for organising ideas!

now session is not supported or they want us to use the session in server components, but what if i have a component inside component then to pass the session i need to do props drilling. how can i solve this problem? I tired the old session provider method as mentioned in docs but it is not updated realtime, i mean my profile component is a client component and i use usesession there but the accesstoken or user object is not initialized there, when i log the value inside of use effect first it is null then after few seconds or if i do a refresh then the info is there. how can i solve this problem, please help

Why is that when I refresh token the first time , I got the tokens updated. The moment I refresh again it returns older token. It seems that cookie not updated in the client. I think I already follow your code.
