Pricey = how we feel about you and the mood we are in at the moment. There should be a standard price for the unit and a variable installation fee depending on the scope of work.

For a regular homeowner $20 k would be a reasonable price , but over that he will better off slapping a few walls to convert a kitchen into a bedroom .

Now here you are in the latenight. Its about 2am. Your home alone! Your reliable personal elevator suddenly lights up and descends below the floor your on. You can only access the lift from the inside, and you know you didn't press the button. Why has this elevator moved on its own to the lower floor you ask yourself, there's no one down there. You hear the click of the elevator door opening on the floor below you. The door quietly clicks shut. Next the button is pressed and it slowly rises, the bright light of the elevator cast beams of light on the shadows of your darkened room. Someone else can finish this because Im under my bed by this point! 😂

🏆 excellent video! Our grab bar got installed into the drywall with simple drywall anchors 😬 Now we have some drywall to replace, after we install the grab bar correctly. My roommate went to use it and it tore out of the wall! I'm glad it wasn't worse! Someone could have been sent to the hospital!!

Add abouut $1000 for shipping from the factory in PA to UT.The 3 days was spread over about 10 days since they were also installing a couple of other lifts around the area. We were not in a big hurry.@@WheelerRickRambles

I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, Degenerative Disc Disease and all these things contribute to difficulty walking let alone walking up/down stairs.
