Simple answer if someone always refuses to mark is just leave them out of the team until such time as they do their fair share of marking

My local snooker club used to have an open dart board and 2 booth dartboard rooms you could hire probably 6 years ago then they got rid of them. This year they've put up 6 boards even getting rid of their "match table" to accommodate 4 new boards and put an extra board up on the one existing board they had. Monthly tournaments, 1 super league team and 2 local league teams later and they're buzzing with the revenue it's generated

So how would Matt play the tour different? You’re just not good enough, ‘learn to win more’ so you weren’t playing as well as you could? You would still have lost if you weren’t good enough

Matt is playing the wdf tour at present which is what he was referring too as playing first before going into the pdc to learn to win. He is playing it part time and is currently in the top 32 in 10 months of part time play reaching 4 finals and 2 titles.

You've not understood the point he's making - which is that the Tour makes you care about money, not wins. Being unpleasant is bad, but being unpleasant and wrong is a horrible combo

As always, great vid. Think the Harsh Andy coming out of retirement possibility, along with a vid series, would be good watching. The journey of hard solo practice, some practice with some of the Mission Team, local comps to get match fit.....leading up to a Senior Tour debut would be great. Keep the great content coming🎯👍

I don’t mind being a marker , but almost 3 years ago I had a severe brain bleeding had an appointment with GOD twice so some stuff in my head doesn’t work anymore. Fast counting is one of them so I use an app but some players don’t like it and giving me shit so end of story for live tournaments for me ! 0.0 respect !!!!

Marking is good. You just counting. At our local club sometimes you can bring a chair and does your job sitting, rest before your match :D

used to be a lovely shop called dartscorner where you could get a cheap set of darts easy, then they decided they wanted to start their own brand, charge twice as much for it and claim everything was innovative new products when exactly nothing they offered was. hilarious to see a video with the title "why spend more" with the way dartscorner has gone down hill over the past few years.

Haha, I remember playing on the old elm boards that had to be soaked back in the 70s. Same wires so not as easy as today's boards. Probably impossible to get now. Not absolutely sure but think the old News of the World championship was played on them. Ask Bobby George 😉

Haha, if you're thinking of going further afield for rate my oche. You could visit The Dart Cave Gladstone Park, near Melbourne Airport 😉 4 Steel tip boards with proper oches plus 2 soft tip boards. Bar and shop for darts and accessories.
