This was originally going to be the Fantastic Four from 2015 with three of the four dying in embarrassing ways and the thing surviving to battle Juggernaut but due to the failure of Fant4stic those plans were scrapped. One the one hand I would’ve loved to have seen Miles Teller and Kate Mara back as Reed Richards and Sue Storm aka Invisible Woman but on the other hand I’m glad it didn’t end up happening because it would’ve resulted in their deaths. Hopefully they’ll return in Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars

If you check the various incarnations of X-Force, the D2 version sorta follows the meta of one or two incarnations, and subverts that Cable founded the team and he and Deadpool were the comic equivalent of buddies!
