Smart, structured, and polished. Also great at high volume. 👍

I've loved this band since hearing NME for the first time back in 92ish. Later on in my life, this song, in particular, helped me through some of my darkest days. Music matters. Thank you, Gin Blossoms. Whether you know it or not, you guys helped me more than I can say. Much respect

Many of us knew back then. It was overlooked for more pigeon hole kind of music. Musicians got it. I was hooked and amazed after listening to NME the first time through.

This song is surely inspired by Bon Jovi's best songs

So resolute. So vulnerable. How does Robins songwriting always strike a perfect balance? If this isn’t their best record, it’s the easiest one to listen to.

Takes me back to senior year biking to band practice. Bought the album at Best Buy and threw it on my crappy MP3 player. The chorus was so beautiful that it took me by surprise. I wanted to quit writing songs and go write more songs at the same time 😅

Since I retired in 2020, I do a lot of road trips and skiing trips from my base in Texas. The Gin Blossoms music is on every trip! Great music, especially when traveling in a car! Learning the Hard Way is the song that starts my drive everyday!

This song makes me think of my daughter, who passed some years ago. I just stare at the girl in the vid, and at the end when her teardrop falls, so do mine. It's a lovely song of aching melancholy. Thank you Gin Blossoms.

This is my best Gin song! It’s been 35 years I have loved this band.

I was afraid that when Doug Hopkins left the band that they might fade, but they have continued to deliver the best jangling guitar music ala the Byrds, Tom Petty , REM etc.Their skill goes way beyond their popularity and recognition. They are truly a great band and since I’m 74, I have a lot of bands to compare them to. They totally measure up!
