Does this mod require a tune? Why not just get a hi-flow j pipe? I know the J pipe does require a tune. Genuinely curious though if someone could help

nah this doesn't require a tune. i did this because i didn't get the hi-flow, so i just cut it off.

Great pros and cons video bro! Your car looks great on bags! I am planning to bag my 9th get Honda Accord this summer. I want to make sure my wheel and tire setup doesn't rub the new bag setup. Could you share your wheel and tire setup including wheel offset? I would like to run 235/35/19 on mine, but if that is too wide, I will go with a more narrow tire to make sure everything will fit without rubbing. Thanks. Keep grindin' homie! 👍🏼✌🏼

I have the Invidia N1 Catback exhaust and with Tomie ULE Headers. So I'm defiantly cutting off my resonator on my 2020 Subaru WRX. So that I can get more sound out. And the best part is that I have the Tomie ULE Headers. So that means I'll get more rumble sound out of it.

When you upshift is it the same? Biting point then gas?

basically yeah. it’s more of the teeter totter motion when upshifting, since you technically can’t stall when you’re moving. just do the biting point first then gas - then when you start getting better, do it faster

The one thing thats missing from this is adding a diode on the c light power wire some where before taps. The reason your tail lights are coming on is because the current from the DRL plug tap is activating your parking lights. The diode prevents that current from going the other direction. I also recommend adding a diode just right after the tap from DRL plug as well.

Thanks for the video. I got a prodrive axle back on my 02 wrx. It’s kind of too quiet for me. I want a more deeper rumble. Do you think installing a catted downpipe will increase the exhaust tone and make it deeper/ slightly louder? Or or will dp just make the me hear the turbo whistle more? Not sure if I should go DP route or just change the catback. Thanks

if you pair a downpipe with an axle back, its INSANELY loud. definitely one of the loudest setups you can run on a wrx in my opinion. But as for the downpipe being catted or uncatted, there's not really much of a difference - there's a slight change in tone, but it's not all that much (catted would have a very very slightly cleaner tone)
