How do I mix 2 gallon of it ?

It's not a matter of aesthetics though. Fine light sand is not an appropriate aggregate. Fine sand absorbs and retains water which is the opposite of what you want. You want a sand that stabilizes the joint and allows drainage. It may cost more but playsand belongs in the playground.
