I get really pissed off with comments like this. 1) show me a link for a 4:3 LCD panel 2) let's see one you made that's perfect then ??

@@bad-dog-designs 1) no, KZbin doesn’t allow links in comments. Doing a basic search for “4:3 lcd panel”, however, turned up numerous sources within the first few results, from Amazon to AliExpress. 2) Do you think a person needs to be a chef to notice when something tastes bad? Because that’s basically the argument you’re using here, and it makes no sense. I thought, _overall,_ this was pretty cool, but the widescreen monitor was a huge flaw when I know it’s still pretty easy to buy 4:3 panels. If, however, we _were_ living in a world where they were unobtainable and I _was_ building one of these, personally I’d find a 16:9 screen that displayed 4:3 signals centred as 4:3 (instead of stretched out to 16:9), and maybe use wood panelling to cover the unused side portions of the screen.

Thank you for your comment! The thing for me with Fallout, I'm 50 and the last video games I played were 8-bit. I would not have a clue what I'm looking at, or what elements to pick from the game to make something with. Hi The Photoresistor is to allow the Nixies to dim automatically at night, so if you switch off the room lights, the nixies also dim down so they don't keep you awake!

Sorry, this clock itself was made specifically for someone as a commissioned piece. I have made hundreds of them though over the years, and happy to make you one if you wanted one. I don't sadly make plans / schematics available, you are the only person who has asked for them in 8 years!
