lol, American trains are old, slow and uncomfortable 😅 stop comparing those American death traps to Chinese trains. Chinese trains are fast, comfortable and safe

Iran has for years, like the other Muslim governments, called for the destruction of Israel and have work for that end. No one has discounted the possibility that they were not actively involved pressing Hamas in the October attack on Israel. It is definitely known that Hezbollah in Lebanon is, if not an extension of IRC, a close proxy of Iran, which is in constant active military engagement against Israel

It shits me when you hire a narrator for a job , why the hell don’t you hire a person that can at least pronounce words correctly as a professional narrator and not a butcher of the language, then maybe you would engender more respect. Der!

One thing a lot of people overlook on borders and why so many are so bad is the issue of internal borders. So many modern borders are down to colonialism or a state defecting and breaking off from a larger country. Internal borders are rather arbitrary since things like ethnic and religious divisions often dont matter that much to the state when administering different regions unless the state is set up as a semi-independent state within a state like US Native American reservations, Russia's republics, or China's autonomous regions but even those borders can be arbitrary since the state still often considers that they'll fall under federal authority. They're almost never drawn up with ideas like "will this state be viable economically on its own?" or "are there too many competing religions or ethnic groups?". Just look at things like the US's state borders and try to imagine any of them as independent states with things like Kansas's borders. Europe and parts of Asia kind of escaped this because many of their states border were once independent already, making their borders better overall even when states broke off or combined. Southeast Asia for example just broke up neatly when Indochina gained independence and simply divided along mostly pre-existing borders like Vietnam's and Cambodia's. The Middle East and Africa are kind of a mess because they didnt have many good borders to begin with. Most of the Middle East had been part of large empires for much of the last few centuries and the lack of solid geographic features like mountain ranges and large bodies of water lead to people migrating all over making for messy borders, and that wasnt an issue for most of history since they were all within a single empire to begin with or were so remote it didnt matter. Similar story with Africa: look back at history and you wont find many sensible borders. African states were often in states of flux with ever shifting borders due to a lack of geographic barriers and migratory peoples.
