just ignore such people, you wear whatever you like, its your choice . we are in a developing country, it will take time to adapt certain changes. change will happen but will happen slowly. wear whatever you feel comfortable. tights gives you a comfort to to move and do daily activities. now a days men wear leggings in the gym. its very common now. But some men feel very awkward to wear it in front of everyone.
