The key is in Hiyori recovery heal. She should heal more than 50K HP. In this case, you should increase her RCV stats or use support on her that can increase her RCV so that she can heal more HP

You don't need it below level 30, because you can get orb boost from Luffy. After 30, you will get intimidation of orb boost by 1 turn, so you can change with something that can give orb boost 2 turns

Where do you get the brulee support? Or just older character? Been playing for 500 days but idk that character not sure if the recharging his special is important or not but looks like it

She is limited character, can only be pulled on support banner. We need Luffy special on final stage so Brulee can reduce Luffy cooldown charge. You can swap with "Nami - Celebrate the Astonishing Cruise" on the limited medal exchange, she also can reduce Luffy CD
