I see no law in there slides. What thoa and almost everyone of these LAW FUNDED STORY TELLING HOUR share no actual laws in the slides or in there spoken words. Is this presentation funded by a state or local program? Or ia this of your own want and accord? What is the amounted allocted eligible expense cost activity, whatever for this story time adventures in law on line youtube program?

05:14, apparently, not knowing what DMHC is all about is prevalent even in 2023 since the majority of the staff within the department are imbeciles. 06:18, the DMHC staff doesn't even know they "regulate" most Medi-cal plans. 09:11, according to DMHC in a written response to legislation, yes, I said legislation...they don't even know if they have jurisdiction over a MANAGED PLAN THAT IS A PART OF MEDI-CAL!!! Lol! 12:00 and on...LIES!!! They do NOT properly investigate! Additionally, in most of all responses I've seen from DMHC, they simply indicate they were handing the matter BACK OVER to the plan, the plan they didn't know they had jurisdiction over, to remedy the situation and absolutely NO regard to the Keene Knox Act! 13:08 I would ALSO cataorigize continued similar issues as a systemic problem as well! Apparently, this person speaking needs to speak to others in DMHC about this including Mary Wantanbe, the new incompetent Director. Interesting...systemic issues are tracked and THEN reported to the enforcement department of which she "hopes" they'd enforce the law....do pray tell, why is this "hoped" for? 14:55 another lie! I encourage all callers to record calls when calling DMHC on the phone. She's lying because calling does NOT give you the help you need, ESPECIALLY if you're disrespected by staff or you call in and staff aren't equipped to answer and tell you to submit an email instead. 15:05, another lie! Calling DMHC for urgent matters gets you nowhere but told to call during normal business hours and go to the doctor or ER! 15:26, last lie I will deal with before I stop listening to this garbage of lies. DMHC does not "help to resolve" issues with health plans and if for some, most definitely not for everyone. I cannot wait to finalize my brochure educating people of their rights, get a petition done, and go public. As a state employee myself, I could NEVER treat constituents as the DMHC does by any means. The majority of the staff I've dealt with are incompetent, unprofessional, imbeciles, and frauds.

If the Low-income/Fixed income Tenant using a wheelchair has lived in rental property for 17 years, and just ncurred 8% Rent Increase, requests 30 year old carpeting to be replaced with hard flooring (LVT-- not Hard Wood) for easier mobility, is Tenant or Landlord responsible for costs? Rent has also been increased Thank You.

I live in a senior HUD apartment complex. It's a well kept community in upstate South Carolina. Unfortunately, most people are anti vaccine. I'm being pressure by management to have them enter my apartment for non-emergency inspections. I have underlying health issues and have self isolated myself until it is safe. I feel Covid-19 and it's variants are getting much better in other areas of the U.S., but not here. At this time, I don't feel it's safe for these non-emergency inspections. If something was in need of repair I would allow them access. They keep harrassing me. Is there anything I can do. It's really causing extreme anxiety and stress.

I wish they gave me this information before I filled out the applications. Now that my child has been approved, I see that they didn’t give him all the service hours he needed. Now I have to apply for a hearing. Is there a handout for all these slides?

Unless your child has something like down syndrome or something, honestly you won't get more hours for this stuff here like vacuuming or taking out the trash lol how funny these aren't even in the assessment questions! Weird.

I was born with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. I have a twin brother, i was born first. My brother was born with no problems. I take phenytoin for my epilepsy, as a child I was on phenabarbatone, then at 14 i was put on Epilim 500mg. Which caused me to gain lots of weight. I went to live in Canada for a few years where I was taken off eperlim & switched to phenytoin. Which I still take today. As a child I had grand mal seizures, which doctors said I would grow out of. Which I did, but I now have petit mal. It' feels weird when I have it, i can hear all that's going on around me, but ppl and any noise, sound much louder, plus it feels like I'm floating on water. Before the seizure I get the smell like burnt toast. I can have a seizure at any time, night or day. Unpredictable. I feel a little confused when I come round, which lasts for a couple of minutes, then I'm back with you again. Usually a cup of tea helps me recover. I read a lot of blogs where people who shared their testimonies kept mentioning Anti-seizure Herbal medication. I searched for a website I just followed the email address of Doctor Patrick that was shared on these testimonies; I got lucky when I got a reply from Dr. Patrick. I followed his instruction, used Herbal Medicine in less than 2 months, I was already cure because of the changes I was seeing. Within a period of 5 months, I was cured totally forever. I went back to my neurologist, I was checked up and marked epilepsy free. If you need his help you can Contact this herbal doctor via his email [email protected] and WhatsApp connection is +2348102558553 for help.

The video title is exactly what I have been going thru. I spend a ton of time researching everything, but... We still have not received any services, close to one year. It's very difficult when the service coordinators will not communicate in writing, or will not clarify if they are not providing a service because it's not legally available, or if they don't 'think' you need it, and will not discuss it and become defensive and dismissive. When they refuse to redo the IPP document from an invalid IPP meeting, and it takes over two months just to get a copy, and the contents are inappropriate and not how the documentation (IPP manual, Lanterman Act docs...) describe the purpose and content of the IPP, and so on. Or when they do a horrible job (because a provider because abusive with me) of providing one particular service and it drags on for months and then fails, and then they say that they actually don't provide that service. I am aware of the issues with their caseloads and budget issues and so on, however, that does not account for what has been going on. I hope to get things on a positive note and eventually start obtaining services, so that I can write a more positive comment.
