I think you can change a homosexual orientation but it takes a lot of faith and praying there is no guarantee that marriage with an person of the opposite sex, but I wouldn't rule it out

Sounds to me like the grandmother had mental health problems considering she "got excited" when she dressed him as a girl. He said "She liked me better as a little girl." That has to be confusing for a small child.
