I seriously do not get how they could get away with most of these unless they had consent.

Japanese TV shows usually hire comedians as victims for these pranks. Of course the comedians know they are about to get pranked but usually they don't know the kind of prank they're getting beforehand. As comedians, they know how to act dumb and then amplify the silliness of their reaction to the prank once it happens. This results in good entertainment in almost every prank you could imagine. In Western countries where victims aren't comedians nor experienced actors, prank shows can be a hit or miss.

There is a cruel side to the Japanese which explains why they have treated prisoners of war so very badly in the past. It's patriarchal and sinister.

Damn they be breaking countless laws for one prank, unhinged. But also sweat over simple things. This is why i luv japan 😊😊
0:36 the lion "prank" is crazy. Unless they rehearsed very carefully an unsuspecting person could have slid too far.

It seems people don't know how the pranks work in Japan. It's for tv with paid actors. It's not a secret and accepted. -the thing is sometimes these actors don't know the pranks)

There is not one genuine, not performed by stuntmen. But in occidental countries it is the same: in hidden cameras prank, it is most of the time staged: they don't take risk to heart attack or being sued or violent reaction
@broken564319 күн бұрын
No, stuntmen are not used in these Japanese programs. It features actors and comedians.
