hi there - thanks for posting this tutorial. I noticed that you use your pointer & middle fingers to close the left nostril; I was taught to use my middle & ring fingers.....does that make any difference?

@@MartinHurleylife 5 minutes 1 minute rapid pranayama.I been doing t.m and the t.m sidhis since june of 1976 and thats how its taught 1 asanas, 2 pranayama 3 meditation with your fine bija root mantra then you repeat you magic siddhi words and that's it. Then you lay down and take a astral nap while listening to sama veda and reading the 9 mandala of the rig veda....Twice a day takes apx 2 and a half hours.
