We have a second battery. A lot of the times were in areas that don't have an outlet nearby. We want to get 2 more batteries.

She's turning 2. Sadly when I got her this year, the lady I got her from lied about her training. Saying she was halter broke and leads and she talked a good talk but found out she lied about all of it. The lady that I got her from is a horse breeder and is only out for the money. I've had 2 shoulder surgeries in the last 12 months. So things have been slow with working with her. You can see she's not pushy about everything, but she is about a lot. Her mind is like a child's, if you do one thing too much she gets bored and stubborn. So I switch it up for her. Also please remember, this is her first time doing anything you see in the round pen. The farrier we had would beat on the horses if they didn't stand perfectly, she's learned to be scared of that. Next week after my Dr appointment I'll be working with her pushiness. If I have help, I'll get video. Thank you for your advice with her. Also I am a trainer myself and been training horses for over 30 years. My main breed was Arabians but I've trained everything from draft to minis.

Hi! She's beautiful. But she is pushy. Maybe just try to do 1 thing great with her instead of several average things. Poor ground manners. She needs to look at you. Be willing to stand still. Be willing to follow your orders. DO what you want her to DO. NOW. Not later after many prompts. They say that if a kid doesn't do your orders the first time, they are really disobeying. If she continues like that, she can become dangerous to handle. She's already abluttle dangerous to handle. Consistency. Do less. Do better. Make her listen every time. Every time to make her listen. Every time to make her to do the work. How old is she? Maybe she has a very short attention span. Seems like she has some Arab in her. She should be smart and easy to train. But she isn't. Maybe the reason she was sold is because that person couldn't handle her. Basically. She's smart enough to outsmart you. What you need is another, firmer trainer to work with her. She knows she can get away with being lazy and disobedient with you. She has your number now. That other trainer can train her and train you to handle her. I know what I'm talking about. I trained many breeds of horses. Don't take offense. Take my good advice.

You have a long way to go. Heels way too high and I’m sure rotated

Yes, he still does have a long way to go. We just did him again, and it worked out much better. He does have one front clubbed foot. Sadly, that was that way when we started with him, we're trying to make sure he grows more toe and less heel. We can only do so much when the owner only has us come out every six months or so, so we just trying to make sure that the horses are at least maintained

@@vikingranch6772right, they should have you trimming every 3 weeks until stable. Please leave toes and only trim what’s above hard sole plane. Keep heels down (like you said). The wedge has to heal and don’t chop off. I’ve done a few mini founder cases and it’s the only way to save them if the coffin bone isn’t to damaged. Not trying to tell you what to do lol ❤

I think u need a better rd yard to start, the poor horse could injure itself on concrete hit stable or slip over. start with yields personal space backing up dropping the head, lead rope over the body, flag on stick, the horse will keep running thru you if it doesnt yield to you as a leader. Fight or flight is all they know until the yield is broken

I'm guessing you didn't have your sound on. Can't start with those if you can't catch the horse.
