I had a pair of Needle Lites and loved them! It's fun to watch this video. I started knitting in 2004, so I'm recognizing some of these brands and trends from the back in the day.

Im on fire if the instructions are written out. I think charts are very completed and require too many steps to actually understand. first you have learn the symbols, then read them the proper direction and remember where you are. Im not good at map reading either!

PS. if there is only a chart I will write it out, proofread it and THEN I'm off to the races!!!

Love your videos. You do a great job keeping it simple and clear - especially the Navajo plying which I only did once a few years ago and needed a refresher. Thank you for posting.

Making a cleaning rag out of 'any' yarn is actually an excellent way to find out what that yarn will do once it becomes a garment. Having a cleaning rag gives you a way to test the durability and long term behavior of a yarn.

Hi, darling Cat. I’m so glad you’re there. I want to tell you that I’ve been watching and rewatching your videos for years. All of my “likes” have disappeared. I’ve gone through all of the videos and pushed them on again. Yours wasn’t the only one. I don’t know what’s going on with KZbin. They’ve take away people’s subscriptions. I know you’ve had more likes than what’s there now. I wanted to let you know. What do you think is going on?

Hi Cat and Eric. I’ve watched and rewatched your videos over the years. Seems that all my likes have disappeared. Do you know why? I’m going through them all and pressing the like buttons all ver again. Thanks. Love from Ontario, Canada

Hi Cat. Send them to me. I LOVE DARNING, Kitchener stitch, AND MOST OF ALL, DARNING IN ENDS. My best friend saves those for me because she hates that. How did we ever find each other, eh? Love from Ontario, Canada.

who in the world can understand that fast mumbling of the person announcing? Not that I ever would buy any sheep, lol, but it is no way to understand what he says. Just wondering do they still sell those heavy and fluffy Orenburg shawls? I would love to have one. They might be not as fancy as shetland shawls or hupsulu shawls from Estonia, but they are soooo soft and warm. How do I know? I was born and raised in Siberia, and those Orenburg shawls were sort of legend there when I was a child.

I just started knitting a few years ago but lately I find myself daydreaming about felting knit items. I really had no idea what the process entailed and your video was the perfect introduction for me. I promise there is about to be a kitchen full of drying knitted items lol! It will be so fun, I'm sure! The bag is excellent by the way but I do hope you left it sans pocket!
