Yeah agree. tbh I didnt knew how to beat this boss on my first try, I just noticed very late on my first try that there was a lever. On my 2nd try I went straight for it and after that I was disappointed how easy he was beatable.

Dark Souls 2 was my first Souls game. Absolutely loved it. I lost so many souls to this creature due to the habit of clearing an entire location first before leveling up. That's on me though, no complaints. Nice to meet DS2 fans. Glad to not be the only one.

The game is OK. I faced the same situation like you last year, thats why I just purchased the game last month only and decided to still give it a shot. I finished the game yesterday and all I can say is: game is OK, not great. Despite of many patches I‘ve downloaded, the game is still too buggy, so many glitches. Many bosses feel also gimmicky to beat. And on some levels it feels so dark that I cant see the incoming attacks. Would I recommend it? Not really, at the other half of the game I just felt like finishing the game for the sake of just be able to say that i‘ve done it.
