I have two of these carriers: one I purchased in 2020 and the other is a slightly older model I found used at a consignment shop. Both have all the buckles mentioned in this video. This carry isn't as easy to get in and out of as just a regular front or back carry, but it IS useful sometimes. Be sure that both baby's arms come out the top before tightening the straps. If their arm is under the shoulder strap that goes across your front, then the strap will ride high on your neck instead of over your shoulder.

So who is holding the baby while you use both hands to buckle the behind the neck strap? My kid squirms like crazy and the arm straps fall down and baby slides down.

Bulky, unbelievably uncomfortable for babies legs (they are practically doing the splits), hard to put on alone, doesnt work with newborns, and you have to buy extra parts but they wont tell you that until you open the instruction manual. Its a complete scam.
